Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee
100% refund within 24 hours of purchase if not satisfied. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days. All refunds are reviewed before processing.
Seoul Saju is a credit-based service. This refund policy operates in accordance with the Korean Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act (Article 17).
1. Refund Criteria
Refunds are processed according to the following criteria.

| Technical error | 100% (Auto recovery) | When analysis results were not properly delivered (no time limit) |
2. Non-refundable Cases
- More than 7 days after purchase
- Duplicate refund requests for the same payment
- Used credits after 24 hours (digital content delivery started)
3. Refund Process
- Click 'Request Refund' at the bottom of the Credits page.
- Select the payment and enter your reason for refund.
- Refunds are processed after review by our team.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed as follows.
- Credit refund: Used credits are restored to your account.
- Payment refund: Refunded to the original payment method (credit card).
- Refunds are only available via the original payment method (credit card). Cash refunds are not available.
5. Withdrawal Rights
Under the Korean Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act (Article 17), consumers may withdraw within 7 days of purchase. However, withdrawal may be limited for digital content (analysis results) once delivery has started (Enforcement Decree Article 21, Item 5). Seoul Saju provides free trial readings to allow service evaluation before purchase.
